Creators

Maša Hilčišin is a documentary filmmaker and producer, lecturer and scholar. Her interests include documentary film with emphasis on social issues and different aspects of violation of human rights. Her documentary films have been screened at various film festivals around the world. She holds a Ph.D. in Film Studies and Audiovisual Culture from the Masaryk University and teaches a documentary film production at the Prague Film School.

Jakub Šimůnek graduated from FAMU - Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. Since then he has been working as a camera operator on many documentaries, short and feature films, several awarded in the Czech Republic and abroad. He has also shot over 30 commercials for companies such as Telecom, Vodafone, ČEZ, KFC and Pisner Urquel.

Vojtěch is an established sound professional with expertise in both sound recording and sound mixing. He also composes music for film. His portfolio includes work on many feature films, documentaries and commercials.

Šárka is one of the most sought after Czech editors. After completing her studies at FAMU (|Prague’s Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts) and Saint Denis in Paris, she started her career as and an assistant editor on films by Roman Polanski (Oliver Twist), Terry Gilliam (Brothers Grimm) and Andrzej Bartkowiak (Doom) and since then has worked on many documentaries and feature films. She cooperates with several well-known Czech directors and edits only those projects that have a social purpose.

Markéta has participated on numerous projects as film production assistant. She has also worked as an interior designer in England, USA, Australia and Japan. She currently lectures on Graphic Design at Prague College.
